Nick Turner Management Ltd is a London-based creative talent agency representing screenwriters, directors and producers for feature film, television drama, comedy, YA, children’s, continuing-drama and radio. We offer a fresh, proactive approach in seeking out opportunities and forging relationships with producers and broadcasters, both domestically and internationally, to develop the careers of our writers and directors. Nick has over 17 years experience as a Media Agent. He founded Nick Turner Management in 2016, having previously begun his career as an agent at Linda Seifert Management, where he built his list of writers and directors for film and television.
Nick is an active member of the Personal Managers Association (PMA) and he currently sits on both the ITV Forum and the PMA Long-Running Series Committee. We also collaborate with Directors UK in protecting and furthering the rights of directors. Nick has a degree in Screenwriting for Film & Television from Bournemouth University and enjoys working closely with his clients in developing their work and individual projects.

Phil represents writers and directors for film and television. After reading Law at Cambridge, Phil worked in television broadcasting for over 15 years, 12 of which were spent in business affairs at Comedy Central UK.
Joining Nick Turner Management in 2016, Phil brings extensive experience in contract negotiation with UK producers, distributors and Hollywood Studios along with end-to-end knowledge of content production from script to screen and subsequent distribution across traditional and digital media.

Andrew is currently building his own list of writer and director clients. Andrew first joined NTM as an Agent’s Assistant in 2022, assisting seasoned agents Nick Turner and Phil Adie, where Andrew was instrumental in supporting the growth of the agency, bringing his extensive office administration and script analysis skills to support the team and our clients. Andrew was promoted to Media Agent in 2025.
Previously Andrew graduated with a first class honours in 2021 from Southampton Solent University with a degree in Film & Television, specialising in screenwriting. He went on to work as a script reader providing detailed coverage reports for up-and-coming screenwriters before joining the NTM family.

Ruby Skippings is an agents’ assistant from South-East London. Having completed her Masters in Screenwriting in 2025 at the London Film School and having previously studied for a Creative Writing BA at the University of East Anglia, Ruby brings a plethora of script reading and industry knowledge to her role. She has also Script Edited and Script Supervised on multiple short films at LFS.
With a varied career history, Ruby has previously worked in hospitality, on reception and even as a teacher in Japan. Joining Nick Turner Management in 2026, Ruby provides support to the agents, and helping to further the careers of our clients.
An avid theatre-goer and cinephile, Ruby also writes reviews for online publications and has helped organised events at Greenwich Theatre.
