Pip is a screenwriter and story consultant for television drama. His screenwriting commissions include episodes of BBC daytime drama Doctors, BBC Scotland’s continuing-drama River City, RTE’s Irish soap Fair City and ten episodes of BBC Alba’s animated comedy, Froachy Bay.
Pip has extensive story room experience working across some of the biggest long-running series in the UK such as, Eastenders, Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, Holby City and many more. Alongside his story work, Pip has script edited for a number a series, including two primetime limited dramas; Desperate Measures with Clapperboard for Channel 5 and The Catch with Projector Pictures, which is currently available on Netflix. Pip recently served as the story consultant for a high-end BBC mystery thriller Unheard, which is in development with Breaking Productions and BBC Studios.
Pip is currently in optioned development with several new original television dramas and also has his first feature film under option with Short Circuit, Screen Scotland.
His YA comedy drama series Headrush, featuring a gay teenager with mental health problems falling in love for the first time, was selected for Sky Table Reads and will be performed live in November 2023.
